Sweet, Sugar-free Blackberry and Apple Jam
0.5 lb blackberries, 1 apple cubed, 2 tablesponns lemon juice, 2 generous tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon agar-agar (gelling agent made from seaweed – get it in your local health food store) flakes. Bung ’em in a pot on medium heat for 10 minutes. Mash with a fork to jam consistency 🙂 Fill your clean jam jar with yummy, sugar-free jam.
